the problem with this idea is that people ask others to blow in for them to start the car. how do avoid that?

i completely agree with this idea, and thought about it a lot today at a MADD class i took. i kept thinking....y not install these on every car standard? it would save thousands of lives and actually save tons of money on car insurance, etc. it would also seriously save money to offenders who would no longer need to pay thousands in fees bc a dui would be pretty impossible.
