your brother loves you.
by: Jordyn Siegrist

I never lost a loved one by a drunk driver, I've never felt what you have and I will never understand how you feel, nobody will. it doesnt matter if they hada similar expierence or not, everybody is the same, but at the same time everybody is different. I am a 17 year old junior at conestoga valley high school, Lancaster Pennsylvania and I read your story while doing a report for under age drinking. I won't mention your brother's story off of this website for its not my place but I still wanted to tell you that i'm here for you, no matter where you are. you, your brother, and your entire family will always be in my heart and i'll keep all of you in my prayers.
You should think of all the happiness you shared with your brother, and cherish the memmories. protect them with both arms and never let go. If your sad then cry, if your angry then scream. you have every right. Thank you for sharing your story.

I'm so sorry
by: Suzanne

Kathryn,

Don't dwell on the argument you had with your brother, when we cross over to the otherside, there is nothing but love. Your brother knows you loved him. I lost my husband 3 years ago to a drunk driver...I know a little about the pain that this causes....I still cry everyday for my husband, the pain of losing your little brother doesn't get easier, it gets different....I would also get so upset when people would say to me, it will get better!!! I get soooooo mad when people say that....I'd rather them say nothing...Our lives go on and you must not dwell on the agrument, it didn't cause the accident....So I wish you well...I'm so sorry for your family's loss......
