HOW CAN YOU KILL 4 PEOPLE AND GET OUT OF JAIL??

In august of 1988 my mom,aunt,sister,cousin, and grandma all was going to the lake in russell county to swim. my sister was 3 years old. anyways there is this big hill you have to top to get to the lake and about the time they topped it my uncles brother topped the hill and landed right on top of the car that all my family was in. killing all of them except for my mom. i wasnt born when this happened and i wouldnt have been. because of that guy drinking and driving i have never got to meet my sister,grandma,cousin or aunt. and he changed my moms life forever....
WHATEVER YOU DO DONT DRINK AND DRIVE THAT COULD BE YOUR FAMILY........
IT CAN HAPPEN...
