hi my name is nicole. my husband and i were on our way to pick up our older daughter from her grandmother's. we were about 3 min away, when we were stoped at a red light. the drunk driver was doing 120 when he hit us. our car was pusshed 40 feet from the intesection. all i can remember was freaking out thinking that my kids were dead. i then opend the door and fell to the ground. my husband took the baby out of the car and she was bleeding from her head because of all the glass that hit her.i then came to get my 3 year old son out of the car i could hardly walk from pain.then the drunk almost ran my husband over while he had our baby in his hands.we then were taken to the hospital to be checked the baby and my son were fine thank god. the police said if it was not for the heavy tools ex in the trunk the back seats would have been at the front. i know angles were with us that night. never ever get into a car if you have been drinking. ever. my children lived thank god but to meny people and young children taking to soon . god bless all the familys that have lost their loved ones due to drinking and driving.it needs to stop, god bless all
