my best friend was killed by dylan johnson about 15 yrs ago he was only 13 when he died the person that killed him has had 3 dui before this and was still driving the killer was 18. he dient care about my friend in fact drove away from him he finally got caught and only served 4 yrs iam still very hurt after all these years and i hope he pays for it everyday he opens his eyes.
