My Best Friend

My best friend Kayla Hankins was killed june 29th 2007 by a drunk driver...Now almost 3 years later.. Im still not the same!! There isnt a day that goes by that i dont think of her and wish she was here with me and her family and her baby boy!!!!! She was the best mother and friend anyone could ask for... she loved life and everyone in it!!!!! She lived it to the fullest.. not letting anyone or anything stop her. The night i got the call was the worst night of my life!!! How could it be that MY best friend was gone and i didnt even get to say goodbye!!! But i am thankful for the night i did spend with her before it all happend.. i got to see her smile and be happy one last time!!! A part of me will always be with her and vice versa... I still go out and see braden all the time... he will always be in my life as for her family as well!!! They mean everything to me....I just wish i could rewind time and bring her back but she is in a better place now and she is at peace!!!! I miss my bestfriend... things will never be the same!!!!
