Ashamed & Sorrowful

I am very sorry for your loss. I just spent a night listening to a horrific tragedy that claimed the life of a precious little girl named Megan Madeline. Although this baby girl no longer graces the earth with her presence, her family keeps her memory alive. Although she is now in heaven, dancing and singing with the angels, and has met her Saviour face-to-face; no longer in pain; no longer touched by this sinful, physical earth; her family will be forever changed by the devestating effects of losing their little girl. I myself, being completely ashamed to say it; got behind the wheel after drinking, and received a dwi. I praise God that noone was hurt. I praise God that He did not allow for me to take away someone's loved one. I praise God that He has allowed me to see how destructive I was being, and gave me another chance. I will continue to pray for little Megan's family, as well as others who have been ripped apart due to an avoidable situation such as drinking and driving. When a person leaves this earth, it is not hard on them...It is hard on the ones they leave behind. I pray for Sam and his wife. I pray for comfort and healing and restoration in their lives. My heart truely hurts for them.

God Bless.
