Think about it......Is a social/drinking hour worth a life?

My uncle was hit by a drunk driver at an intersection in MN and luckily lived. He is now paralized from his neck down and is treated like a giant baby. He lost his family, dream job, house and more. The drunk driver was only charged with a fine, but that small amount of money will never pay for the damage he caused my uncle and the rest of my family.
