Donnie Riggs was 26 when the driver of the vehicle he was in ran off the side of the road and ran into a tree. The Drunk driver was able to get out of the car, but the car had smashed into Donnies legs, the car caught fire and killed Donnie. Donnie had a three year old daughter, and the man that killed him got no time.
